With over five years of experience working in physical and occupational therapy rehabilitation clinics, I have the skills and knowledge to get you back safely where you once were.

Endurance Conditioning

Whether your goal is to compete in a 5k, half marathon, or even Ironman I have the experience and knowledge base to get you there.  I myself have competed in 5k races, half marathon’s, triathlon’s and competitive cycling races.
